OnlineToolBase is a link, bio, QR, and file tool at onlinetoolbase.net. This page is the short version of how we handle data. If something here is wrong for your case, email [email protected].
What we store
- Account email and name from Clerk (sign-in).
- Name, phone number, and billing address you enter before paying.
- Short links, bio pages, QR destinations, and files you upload.
- Click and scan counts, plus country when the network tells us (Cloudflare or IP lookup).
- Wallet balance and billing records. Card data is held by Creem or Dodo, whichever you choose, not on our server.
- Support tickets you send to us by email.
Who else sees it
Clerk (login), Creem or Dodo (whichever you choose at checkout), and our VPS host. We do not sell lists of emails. Public bio pages and short URLs are public by design — do not put secrets in them.
Retention
We keep account data while the account exists. Delete requests: email support. Backups may lag a few days.
